Specialising in providing fulltime operational CFO services to clients in the mining sector to manage and ensure all accounting, reporting, compliance and processes are run as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Emily Roberts

Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcomm), Accounting, from the University of Tasmania and is CPA qualified. Recently receiving recognition for 10 years membership.

Emily joins us with a wealth of experience in assisting small and medium businesses in the region.

Kyle Clark

Supply Chain Analyst​

Kyle has spent five years at St Mary's in the US completing an undergraduate in Business Administration (major in finance) and an MBA. 

Kyle returned to the north west coast where he applies his strong analytical skills to optimise supply chains and to lead procurement functions.

Allan has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Financial Planning and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA). Allan is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex landscape of carbon accounting and sustainability reporting, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions to help them achieve their environmental goals.

Alyssa Mahar

Manager - Accounting & Sustainability Advisory Services

Alyssa is an accountant in the sustainability advisory services team, with extensive experience in industry, she is both practical and innovative in her approach to working with clients. 

​

Alyssa is a UTas graduate and is passionate about supporting clients in the sustainability space as it relates to their financial and management accounting.

Himadri Mayadunne

Accountant, Accounting & Sustainability Advisory Services

Himadri holds a Masters of Business Administration (International), Business Research Specialisation from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University. She is currently working as a part of our Carbon Accounting team.

Lewis Cooksley

Senior Management Accountant

Lewis has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.),  economics, accounting from The University of Sydney Business School.

Lewis joins ER as our Senior Management Accountant after 6 years at PwC in Sydney and one year at Huon Aquaculture. He has significant experience with solving tax issues and creating bespoke solutions.

Clint Chilcott

IT Consultant ​

Clint supports both the internal team with IT management and clients in digital transformation. He also supports the Sumday technical team, developing solutions and providing backend support. Clint has spent over 15 years in IT, working in the armed services, in Antarctica and government departments. His combination of life and technical skills make him an extremely valuable team member.

Maria Zhao
